| Leadership | | | | Raymond R. Kwong, Board Chairman |   | Ray Kwong graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1978. Upon graduation, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer specializing in Electronic Warfare, and retired from the U.S. Naval Reserves with the rank of Commander. Since 1985, he has worked in various engineering and marketing positions for several defense electronics companies such as Sanders Associates (now BAE Systems), Gould Corporation, Eaton Corporation, and Siemens AG. In 1994, Mr. Kwong founded Triton Services, Inc. and remains Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kwong is also the President and CEO of SCRAM Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of state of the art proprietary optics, high-contrast screens, LED and laser illuminators, and miniature projection systems. | | | | Michael J. Avanzado, Vice President for Operations |   | Michael Avanzado is responsible for the management, operations, business development, profit/loss responsibility, and financial performance for all services- related business areas, including program/financial management, business process reengineering, and software development. His additional responsibilities includes providing leadership and direction in the development and execution of tactical and strategic business plans to attain corporate business revenue/profit objectives, as well as developing performance goals and budgets for each business area and monitoring performance against objectives. | | |
